"We decided to book after sitting on his floor at 3 am for probably the 10th night in a row. For a month and a half at 3 to 4 months old he was waking up every 1-2 hours. He was also only taking nap on someone. Bedtime was also taking an hour in hopes he stayed a sleep when we put him in his bassinet.
She helped us tremendously. He now is sleeping in minutes after we set him in his crib wide awake, only waking one time a night to eat and taking three good naps in his crib. We received an amazing amount of help and quick replies to text messages.
We had to pause for a medical reason and when we picked back up it went very well. We could not be more happy we did this.
My husband and I both feel more rested! We recommend 10/10!"

"The best investment we have made for our son and our family! Almost since the beginning, we were contact napping / co sleeping / feeding to sleep our son and he was waking anywhere between 1-3 times hourly needing to be fed and rocked to sleep. At 11 months, I did so much research and enquiring, and then found rested results and now have a baby who sleeps in his cot independently, putting himself to sleep and sleeping the night!! We are in Australia so time difference is almost opposite, but it really didn't matter and I wouldn't go to anyone else in the future.”

"Our experience with Jamie was comfortable and an amazing experience all around. She is very well educated and professional. We were very skeptical going in because we have an older child (6) who now has developed habits. Not necessarily dealing with the baby issues,(although I wish we had her for this when we were struggling early on!) We as parents had also developed bad habits and always ended up giving in and not staying consistent because it was the easy thing to do. Jamie was patient and put all of our needs into consideration. She developed a plan and made sure we were all comfortable going forward. I would highly recommend the option to communicate with her, she was the push we needed when we wanted to give up. We were cranky and exhausted and she was always so supportive and positive. She would revise and easily shift our plan as needed making sure we all felt comfortable and positive with any changes. We still have some work to do but I can easily say this was the best decision for our family. We have the tools needed to help him and we are all getting our sleep again and feel confident in staying consistent. 100% recommend Jamie's services!"

“My husband and I struggled with my son’s sleep for a very long time. Not sleeping through the night, unable to self soothe, frequent cat naps that almost always turned into contact naps, not sleeping well at child care, and so much crying... FOR 8 MONTHS!
I knew I needed to turn to someone reliable. I was skeptical at first thinking, “This might be a scam.” BOY was I wrong. Jamie was able to create a plan custom for our son based on his sleep needs and made us feel so confident and eased all of our anxiety through the process. She was on speed dial on my phone during the (very few) tougher times of sleep training. With getting, almost immediate, responses for questions or concerns, sleep training for my son was a breeze and the best thing we could have done for him. I do not exaggerate when I say it started working on day 2!
After 2 weeks of sleep training, my son is currently sleeping 12 hours at night (without waking/is able to self soothe), and falls asleep by himself, taking 2 long naps during the day (at home and at child care), and falls asleep by himself. I no longer have any worries about his sleep currently or in the future. My only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner. I highly recommend Jamie’s Rested Results sleep training program and I thank her for my sleep and sanity back!

“Jamie SAVED us! I had terrible postpartum anxiety when it came to just about anything with my baby but especially sleep and SIDS! For that reason I had my 15 month old sleeping right in my arms for all naps and bed time since he was about 8 weeks old.
Jamie understood my feelings towards starting the program and helped me through all my concerns and worries without judgement. My son slept in his bed through the first night all by himself and in another room! It took him about a week to get the naps down but Jamie was always a helping hand when I needed her.
